Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale release terms of their divorce

Pennsylvania residents know that celebrities are constantly in the news for one thing or another. One big event in the life of a celebrity is a divorce, particularly if that celebrity is married to another celebrity. The information surrounding the divorce of Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale has been full of speculation since their divorce announcement last summer.

A report has given a few details about the terms of the divorce, specifically as it involves the three children the couple have together. The cordial agreement between the two states that they will share joint custody of the boys. There will be no alimony or child support to be paid to either party, but each has committed to placing $1 million in a bank account, designating the money be used for the cost of raising the boys. In addition, 25 percent of the income Stefani receives from one of her two clothing lines will be placed in a trust for the boys.

Other terms specify the fate of the six houses owned by the couple, including four in Europe that Rossdale will keep and two in Los Angeles that Stefani will maintain. Stefani will continue to own the rights to both of her clothing lines, as well as to all of her music. Likewise, Rossdale is keeping the rights to his music.

While the public may never know everything these two went through to keep their divorce as amicable as it seems from this report, it is possible for two people to end a relationship graciously. However, whether a couple is bitter or agreeable about a separation, the spouses may need the help of a professional when it comes to dividing assets and determining the best course of action for children. Couples in Pennsylvania who are facing the dissolution of their marriages have different options when deciding their futures.
