Most Pennsylvania custodial parents know they can take an ex back to court for child support modifications should there be substantial changes in income for either parent. Mother takes child support case to appellate court

Some Pennsylvania custodial parents know it can be extremely frustrating dealing with matters of child support. When a Pennsylvania non-custodial parent chooses to not pay child support, there may be several negative reactions as a result.
